I used urban agglomerations instead of city proper because they´re less arbitrarily defined. However, that leads to other issues, for example, the agglomeration of Singapore including Johor Bahru in Malaysia. I haven´t checked for every city yet so please let me know if there are any mistakes.

Very interesting quiz! I wonder about Kuwait, though. According to Wikipedia, 70% of the people in Kuwait live in the metropolitan area of Kuwait City. The rest seem to be scattered in many smaller cities.
