Reless's real name is Leslie. And no, I wasn't playing. The newfangled and politically motivated use of the adjective American to refer to everything from the Americas is unusual and confusing.

It is unusual and in some contexts confusing whether or not you have any prejudices. But clearly there wasn't just going to be one answer to this quiz. You could argue that the meaning was clear in this case or that it should be changed to "All countries of the Americas by shape".

I guess if "American" can mean everything from the Americas then "narrow-minded mind(redundant?)" can mean accepting and accurately describing reality; sure, why not?
