Ok, I did terrible, but I really wanted to see the solution to the last question - the answer pleased me on the one hand, but on the other hand, I really asked myself how such a person can be leader of the free world

I don't understand how they have an exact number, is this a USA pop culture reference? Also he's supposedly lied 3251 times, wheras the grammar suggest he's liared 3251 times, which makes no sense. I was looking for a verb.
