Apples - summary
Apples are one of the most common fruits in the world, that can be grown on 6 continents. They come from the apple tree (Malus Domestica). There are hundreds of types, scents, and tastes of apples, and apples come in a wide variety of foods like pies, sauce, and bars.
Origin and early usage
The apple was first used/domesticated around 8,000 years ago in the steppes of Central Asia. They were eaten by the earliest humans! Then, during the time of the Silk road, they got traded like crazy. And there they go...people learned to cultivate and pick apples at different temperatures and at different places. Today, it is one of the, if not the most famous fruit.
