Why an Elder Guardian is not a Boss Mob (Minecraft)

Unlike the Wither and Enderdragon, the elder guardian’s healthbar does not appear above the screen.  (And no, don’t be saying in comments “then what about illager raids?”

Unlike the Enderdragon, the other naturally spawning “boss”, there are three, all naturally spawning, elder guardians.

I know, this might change with the Warden, but unlike the end (Enderdragon) and nether (wither materials) heading out into the ocean doesn’t require much.  You need a potion sure, and some milk, but you can see the drop in quality from the Enderdragon to the elder guardian.

With the wither, you get the wither effect.  Basically the same as poison, except it can kill you.  But the wither is also constantly renewing the effect with his attacks.  Enderdragon has dragon’s breath, and his revival from crystals.  Elder guardian, he just gives you mining fatigue, and it is not as constant as Wither effect.

Enderdragon, you get Enderdragon egg, and loads of Xp.  Wither, you get nether stars.  Elder guardian, along with it’s monument, you only get some sponges, sea lanterns, and a little bit of gold, plus some prismerine for building.

Unlike the other bosses, this dude has a spawn egg.  Wither, you summon it.  Enderdragon, you jump into a portal.
