The Update - Four Years On!
Way back in the pre-pandemic days of 2019, December to be precise, just after Christmas if you want to be even more precise, I thought up a challenge for myself.
It was to publish a quiz a day for a whole year.
In case you have missed these quizzes (Shame on you) This Link will take you to my first blog about the challenge.
Anyway, despite what 2020 threw at everyone and there was a lot of things happening in that year, not least the Covid lockdowns that most of us experienced, although as an essential worker, I continued driving my truck throughout. I did manage to complete my challenge.
My quizzes were called "On This Day" followed by the date, and there are 366 of them. One for each day of the year, and as 2020 was a leap year, this included, obviously, February the 29th. They are multiple choice and there were 15 questions in each quiz, ranging from recent events to things that happened many centuries ago. But everything in each question happened on that particular day.
The whole series of 366 quizzes can be viewed HERE. Why not take the quiz for your birthdate?
Some of you may have already seen and taken the six quizzes I have already updated. In fact, as TheOrca pointed out in the comments after the January 1st update I added a question that was already in the quiz, resulting in two identical questions. A swift lesson learnt to go over the whole quiz and make a few corrections if necessary.
So, that's it really, I am updating my whole series of 366 quizzes. I may not do one each day, and some days there may be two or three. You'll be glad to hear that I will not be writing a monthly blog about the challenge as I did in 2020, I may just do one at the end of the year.
If you want to try the quizzes, please do. Some of them only have a couple of takes, actually, most of them only have a couple of takes.
You can subscribe to my feed if you like, then you won't miss any of my content,....wait I'm beginning to sound like a YouTuber, "hit that subscribe button, smash the like button, and ring that notification bell". If you want to, do it. If not, that's fine too, I won't hold it against you, honestly!
PSA i think you mean 2020
