Pluto was demoted to dwarf planet status in 2006 after the discovery of Eris, a trans-Neptunian object with a greater mass.

Ceres is the largest asteroid in the solar system. For fifty years, it was considered to be the eighth planet. Today, it is one of the five known dwarf planets in the Solar System, along with Pluto, Eris, Makemake, and Haumea.

I never realized that the Sun was so morbidly obese. No wonder the Earth is getting hotter. If the Sun doesn't start losing weight, exercising more and eating healthier we are all doomed.

I'm not sure if the hypercane fact gives the right impression. Global warming must be so extreme that the water temperature reaches 50°C. It's so unlikely the German wikipedia doesn't even mention it. More likely would be, after impact events, volcanic eruptions.
