Good quiz - never would have put caviar and Iran together and must admit I guessed quite a few answers.

I felt the same way. I had to go back the definition of caviar, and Wikipedia says: Traditionally the term caviar refers only to roe from wild sturgeon in the Caspian and Black Seas[2] (Beluga, Ossetra and Sevruga caviars). Ah...so now it makes sense!

Same here with 85%. If you want people actually thinking at this quiz, more time would be necessary.

Yellow box? Lock answers to the specific question, this quiz would benefit from that.

I agree with sillie. Answers should be question-specific rather than work for the whole quiz.

I dunno guys, you would need a LOT more time to get some of those answers if they were yellow boxed. Some are quite surprising/not well known.

Ifejioku, god of yams, would be displeased. The yam is a manly crop. No woman is fit to farm yams.

to make it a little bit harder, why don't you add the percentage which each country contributes with in the production of certain product? ;)

Only missed cork....Portugal is hardly ever the answer to anything! Also, I realized I have absolutely no idea what part of the world cork comes from. The other ones can be guessed by narrowing down. But cork? Cork? TIL...

"Yams" might be confusing to Americans, who use that term for sweet potato, of which China is by bar the number one producer, but the quiz is nonetheless correct.

About 75% of my answers were complete guesses, this needs yellow boxes because I really doubt 80% of people think 'hops' when they hear 'Germany'.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not...when I read "hops" I immediately thought of Germany, and vice versa: when I think of Germany, hops isn't too far behind because to someone who hasn't been there Germany = beer (among other things). I do agree about the yellow boxes though; I got far more than I probably would have if I had had to be specific to which product I was guessing for.

Like many other commenters, I think the quiz would benefit from "yellow boxes" making the answers specific. But I also agree with Deus - the hops / Germany connection was an obvious one for me.

if you don't think of Germany when you think of hops, then you really know nothing about beer. Germany was literally the first country that came to mind. do you even beer, bruh?
