Name all of the countries (and British colonies/dominions) who had a pilot fly at least one authorised operational sortie for the RAF or the Fleet Air Arm during the Battle of Britain (10 July - 31 October 1940).
Including self-governing colonies (red) and dominions (blue) of the British Crown.
Including only officially recognized pilots by the Royal Air Force roll of honour. According to Wikipedia.
