The quizz should accept Johannesburg as a capital of South Africa, it already has the etc. after Pretoria...

South Africa has actually managed to pick three capital cities without naming their biggest city as one of them. Pretoria, Cape Town and Bloemfontein are all capitals of South Africa, but Johannesburg isn't.

The Supreme Court is in Johannesburg, so at least some central government function is in the city :)
