I am very surprised that San Francisco is not included. I suppose the urban area of the city of San Francisco is different from that of the Bay area?

Sao paolo is not accepted. This is the first and only quiz I have come across where it isn't.

not only that, I thought it was the actual spelling and that you made a mistake. But checked two others quizzes and in both cases it is written as it is here. It is the first time my brain consciously registers the u, it looks so weird! Guess I have never properly looked at the word.

anyway, it is a standard type-in, because that is what I have (obviously) always used without problem.

Why should it be honestly? That's like saying Guangzou for Guangzhou.

This was a pretty good quiz! I was really surprised with China I didn't know any of them :-(. One thing, Burma's name has been changed to Myanmar so you could update that. Again, good quiz! I'm happy it was nominated.
