That's true. But "UK" is accepted as that countries name on every other quiz on this site. I was fully expecting the UK to be a correct answer here, but after typing "UK" I just gave a surprised shrugged and thought they must have a really good safety program, lol.

You left out Georgia where there was one fatality in the Lia radiological incident of 2001.
