Alright. There are two possible species that I did not include as they were a. under debate as seperate species, and b, had no easily availible pictures. These are the "Giant Peccary", a theorized large species of peccary in remote areas of Colombia, and the "Little Black Tapir", a theorized genetically distinct population of tapir in remote areas of the Amazon. Neither have images associated with them, and both are of dubious validity, so they were not included.
Secondly, I made the last-second decision to not include all 16 species of Galapagos tortoise, as that would make this quiz about 50% turtles.
Please tell me if I missed anything. Unlike North American animals, which I sort of vaguely knew to begin with, there is a decent chance that my lack of knowledge in the wildlife of the continent led me to miss something. As it is, I nearly missed the giant armadillo, and had to edit it in post publishing.
Now that I added pinnipeds, I will apologize for the quality of some of those images, in particular the fur seals. In several cases, those were the only images available on wikimedia commons.
