Ten Largest Metro Areas in Some U.S. Megaregions

5 of the 11 U.S. Megaregions have at least 10 metro areas (metropolitan statistical areas or census metropolitan areas in the case of Canadian cities) with population larger than 400,000. Can you name the top ten from each region?
Answers with asterisks are cities located outside the U.S., but still considered part of one of the megaregions.
Don't be too literal about the region names; just because a city is in the Great Lakes Region, that doesn't necessarily mean it sits on the shore of a Great Lake. Think more broadly.
