The Best NBA Player to Wear Each Jersey Number

Can you name the best NBA player to wear each number on his jersey?
To qualify, a player had to be an All-Star or DPOY and wear this number for at least 5 seasons (with one exception, marked with *)
If a number is skipped, it means either no player has ever worn it, or the ones that have weren't good enough to fit with the other players
One player can only represent one number
On one occasion choosing the best player to wear the number was nearly impossible, so I went with two

very wise to not pick between Jordan/Lebron for 23, lol.

I was considering putting LeBron as number 6 for a while, but I just had to include Bill Russell. After all his number was retired league-wide, and I also happen to be a Celtics fan.

Would be nice to see who might be the best for the missing numbers though, even if they don't meet the criteria

More numbers would be included if it wasn't for the 5 seasons criterion. I looked into my notes for that quiz, and for example, for number 28 there's Iggy in Heat, but it was only 2 seasons, so it would have to be Andrew Lang. For 37 the only player who meets the criteria is Semi Olejeve, for 46 John Konchar, 51 Michael Doleac, 67 Taj Gibson, 88 Nicolas Batum, 90 Drew Gooden, 95 Juan Toscano. The other numbers don't have any players that meet the 5 seasons criterion, and numbers 58, 59, 64, 69 (Rodman wanted it in Mavs, but they didn't let him), 74, 75, 78, 79, 80, 82, 87, and 97 have never been worn in the NBA.
