Shouldn't. I think chimis are largely a US idea anyway. I grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and we love to deep fry the sh*t out of everything. WP says a lady accidentally dropped a burrito in a deep fryer, and started to say "chingada" or "chingadera", but somehow "chimichanga" came out. Believe what you like, but I suppose that's as good a story as any. I dig it. I dig chimichangas too.

Everybody should read "The Butter Battle Book"! It's definitely much, much different than the average rhyming Dr. Seuss picture book, while still being, ya know, a rhyming Dr. Seuss picture book.
