St Lucia doesn't have over 100 Nobel laureates per capita (that's not possible), it has 11.1 per million. Maybe you're taking that number from figures for laureates per 10 million?
This is nitpicky but Barbados arguably doesn't border the Caribbean Sea either (e.g. from Caribbean Sea wikipedia page - "Note that, although Barbados is an island on the same continental shelf, it is considered to be in the Atlantic Ocean rather than the Caribbean Sea")
