Really surprised that Waterloo is the busiest, I would have guessed it to be Oxford Circus or London Bridge.

Ah - exits and entrances - but not changes of line then? piccadilly and Oxford Circuses would be higher, and the main line stations much lower I'm REALLY surprised Covent Garden is not on there
